Energy Excellence Offerings

Multi-tenant / Commercial / Industrial Energy Metering and Billing Solutions – We deliver customized metering solutions. Meters supported includes Electric, Natural Gas, BTU, compressed air, nitrogen, water, steam and any other digital or analog input data point.

LED Lighting Upgrades – Development and implementation of turnkey LED lighting projects that incorporates localized or global scheduling and controls. Leverage available utility and grid incentives to offset implementation costs. Our typical LED Lighting project has a payback of 6 months to 3 years.

Building Automation – Development of customized control solutions to enhance occupant comfort and energy efficiency. Site security solutions utilizing the latest camera and card access technologies.

Compressed Air System Upgrade – Metering, Integration, System upgrades and sizing strategy leveraging utility and grid incentives to enhance ROI on system upgrades provides a path for our customers to have 5-30% of the system upgrade costs being covered by these incentives.

Onsite Nitrogen (N2) Generation Systems – Conversion of Bulk Liquid Nitrogen Systems to self-generated N2 systems, capturing cost efficiencies from self-generation of nitrogen from compressed air. Our typical project has a payback of less than 3 years.
